I know you know exercise can help you lose weight.
Exercise is beyond weight /loss tho.
So moreover, read below and get moving!
More specifically get moving
150 minutes per week, AT LEAST!
Because:
1) Exercise combats health conditions and diseases
No matter your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL) (“good” cholesterol) and decreases unhealthy triglycerides (fat)
2) Exercise improves mood
Need an emotional lift? Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that can leave you feeling happier and more relaxed
3) Exercise boosts energy
Winded carrying groceries or going up steps? Regular physical activity can improve energy levels
4) Exercise is good for your muscles and bones
Physical activity helps release hormones that assist your muscles to absorb amino acids. This helps them grow and reduces their breakdown (Note: EATING HABITS STILL MATTER)
5) Exercise can improve your skin
Regular exercise can increase your body’s production of natural antioxidants- which help protect cells
6) Exercise can help your brain health and memory
Exercise has been shown to cause the hippocampus, a part of the brain that’s ? for memory and learning, to grow in size
7) Exercise can help with relaxation and sleep quality
The energy depletion that occurs during exercise stimulates restoration processes during sleep
8) Exercise can reduce pain
Several studies show that exercise can help control pain that’s associated with various health conditions, including chronic low back pain
9) Exercise can strengthen and boost your immune system
Physical activity can help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways, reducing your chance of getting a cold- Exercise causes changes in White Blood Cell count, and antibodies
10) Exercise improves confidence
Gaining muscle tone, strength, and stamina, you’ll feel better easyyy. Inevitably giving your self-image and self-confidence a boost
11) Exercise helps you learn how to create and hit goals
Setting and achieving fitness and transformation goals is an incredible self-confidence boost, and also in result increased self-discipline and willpower
12) Exercise and stretching increases your flexibility
Helping everyday tasks become easier. It also sends more blood to your muscles, improving circulation
13) Exercise helps you live longer
Research, published in 2012, studied more than 650,000 people and found that 150 minutes of moderate exercise (about half-hour, five days a week) increases your life span by 3.4 years
If this
doesn’t make you

right now,

If you exercise regularly without eating before, you should consider the following aspect: when you do move on an empty stomach the calories come from muscles and not from fat. Since muscles burn more calories than fat, if you lose muscle mass you’ll burn less calories. Eating before exercise, not only avoid muscle loss, but you’ll have more energy for your workout, you’ll work harder and you’ll burn more calories. It is important to understand that sleep plays an important role in weight loss. You need extra energy to keep up with the workout, the neglect of sleep can effect your body’s ability to control appetite and it can imbalance your hormones.
Thanks for your comment, it definitely adds to the topic. I used to think working out on an empty stomach was better for faster results, but that led to fatigue and loose skin. Gotta EAT!
