Hello, my name is Paige. I'm an introvert so I typically write better than I can talk, but there are soo many mixed/wrong messages about "weight loss" and "positive thinking" and "how to live healthy" I gotta speak up because people are being misled. I know because 230-pound me was LOST.

Since 2010 I lost 90ish pounds (& kept the weight off) and overcame self-hate and bad bad thoughts. I want to share what helped me, and share my failures (because there's a lot of that in weight loss) to encourage others to never give up on their goals, and to show how practicing positivity will get them to where they wanna be.

Again, I'm an introvert so talking is tough sometimes; I may stutter or be awkward / ramble about myself and my journey–but I'ma keep going so, hello. Let's Get Posi 🌻

Life update: I GOT BRACES, so I've been drinking A LOT of smoothies lately. This reminded me of the time I thought juicing 3x a day for 30 days would help me lose weight (skip to 2:00).
