How you start your day is very important.

It starts the tone for the day.

One of my favorite quotes:

“Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” -Jim Rohn

These are five equally #majorkey🔑 day starters:

(1) Express gratitude-

Be thankful for waking up.

Be thankful for having work to get to.

Be thankful for being able to move your body.

(1) Set your intentions for the day-

Write down three tasks that need to get done today.

Choose to have a great day.

Choose to be happy today.

(1) Take 5 deep breaths, in and out-

Close your eyes.

Imagine the breath going in and out your lungs.

(1) Smile for no reason, just to flex the muscle-

CHEESE

(1) Forgive yourself for yesterday’s mistakes-

How can you begin anything new with all of yesterday still in you?
