I wish too, that there was a list of foods that melt the fat away!!
But honestly, there’s no magic or quick way.
Especially for long-term / lasting results.
If it were that simple, obesity rates would not stilllllll be increasing!
Trust me. I would’ve found It if there was an easy way, by now.
Cause I’ve definitely tried things, not even worth mentioning.
There are no pills, formulas, or quick fixes period.
There are foods that help metabolism period, more than others.
The earlier we understand this whole “energy balance” thing, the better.
Below are 11 Foods I recommend you include in your eating habits,

The following are foods I eat on the regular when I’m in a good rhythm:

(7) SWEET POTATO
(8) GREEK YOGURT
(9) BLACK BEANS
(10) BROWN RICE
Please note, the 11 foods are in no particular order.
Andddd, I purposefully left out the beef vs. chicken vs. fish (protein) discussion.
Saving that. However, for now, I will add that I do still eat all three. And eggs. Just not a lot.
