58 Self-care activities you can do at home

This is for someone feeling blah and bleh rn.
Indulge in self-care
If the phrase "self-care" doesn't resonate with you, try calling it system maintenance and see if that works. Because it's the same sort of thing. Small things like: Keeping your hair clean and tidy. NOT staying in your pajamas all day even when you work from home. Wearing something extra comfy but making sure you feel good about yourself. That's important! The thing is, it’s easy to spiral into sadness and depression when we’re home all day for days and start neglecting ourselves.
Do something
Read. Meditate. Get (deeper) connected with your religion. Do /find an at-home hobby. Please do not do nothing when feeling blah.
Why we feel blah
Whether it's school, work, people at school or work or whatever or whomever that us feeling off, we shouldn't worry about the things we can’t control. Because when we worry about it, we dig a deeper hole of anxiety and upset feelings. So. Do something. Else.
