Learn faith-based positivity
We do not ignore or deny our unfavorable situations and say, "just be happy." We say "Faith it till you make it." Because yes, life sucks sometimes. But there are positive and productive things we can do to get through it. #1 Pray. #2 We suggest another way of thinking. We call it, positivitist (posi-tivi-tist).
What is a positivitist?
- Finding the positive next steps after unfavorable happenings
- Having the openness for every event to happen as it unfolds
- Addressing sudden requests and unforeseen detours, not resenting them
- Having a secured hope anchor
- Keeping faith
Why faith-based positivity?
Hope attached to things like our emotions, plans, people/relationships, or finances that can be here today and gone tomorrow will lead to destruction. Our souls have a secure, immovable anchor that we can attach to- His name is Jesus.
Hebrews 6:18-20 says, "We who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God's inner sanctuary." And Jeremiah 29:11 says: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." And Proverbs 19:21 says, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." - I just love how there's a bible verse for everythingggg.
Faith-based positivity is letting God's great plan for us unfold however or wherever it's going to happen.
We walk a little differently when they know there's a God that loves, helps, heals, hears, saves, speaks, blesses, guides, teaches, watches, answers, defends, forgives, provides, redeems, remakes, responds for/to us.
Intentionally create a positive space
If we are what we eat... Think about what we feed our mind and spirit. Are we feeding self good, healthy, fulfilling thoughts? Or we feeding self toxic and negative thoughts?

I’m not saying that I have all the answers for living "right", healthy & happy. Nor am I saying "do it my way or you're wrong," I'm saying, "consider this if you haven't tried it - it could work for you too." There's so much hoopla out there; I want to do my part in sharing manageable wellness and faith-based positivity practices that worked for me with others. And continue to be staple habits that still get me out the funk and into some fun. I thank God for it all- including my low-lows, for it all lead me to creating something that could impact others in a positive and profound way. I am prayerful this Posi Place provides some peace, inspo and comfort for you.
